Security & privacy at Altium 360

This page is maintained by Altium 360 to answer common questions about how we protect customer information. It describes current practices and is not an independent certification.

    Account access

Customer and admin accounts are protected with email & password authentication. Administrative areas are restricted by server-side role checks, not by anything the browser claims about itself.

    Data in transit

All traffic between your browser and Altium 360 is served over HTTPS. Backend calls to our database and edge functions are also encrypted in transit.

    Data we collect

We collect the information you submit through quote, contact, and booking forms, plus account details if you sign in. We do not sell personal data.

    Subprocessors

We rely on a managed cloud database, authentication, and serverless platform, and on third-party catalog data services. Monitoring service terms are set out in your service agreement.

    Retention & deletion

Lead and booking records are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. To request export or deletion of your personal data, contact us at the address below.

    Security contact

Report a suspected vulnerability or privacy concern to sales@altium360.ca. We will acknowledge reports within 5 business days.

Altium 360 is the data controller for information submitted through this site. Specific contractual terms, certifications, and regional compliance commitments are addressed in customer agreements rather than on this page.
