Warranty coverage
Altium360-supplied equipment carries a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Some cameras and panels carry longer coverage — check the product page.
Return eligibility
New, unused equipment can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Installed equipment can be returned if it's defective under warranty.
Defective on arrival
Contact support within 14 days for a fast-track replacement. We'll ship the replacement first and provide a prepaid label for the defective unit.
Shipping responsibility
Warranty replacements ship at no cost to you. Non-warranty returns are the customer's responsibility to ship.
Replacement process
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds land within 5–7 business days on the original payment method.
