Alarm.com app guide
Altium 360 systems are managed through the Alarm.com app on iOS and Android — arm your system, watch cameras, and automate your home from anywhere.
Download the app
Search the App Store or Google Play for the Alarm.com app (published by Alarm.com Inc.). Install and open.
Sign in
Use the username and password from your Altium360 activation email. If you never received it, request a new one from the login screen.
Arm & disarm
Tap the shield tile on the home screen. Pick Stay (motion off), Away (all sensors), Night (perimeter only), or Silent Exit to leave without the entry beeps.
View cameras
Open Video → pick a camera. Tap the microphone for two-way talk. Pinch to zoom or scrub back through cloud clips.
Manage users & codes
Users → +Add Person. Give each family member a unique 4-digit code. Create time-limited codes for cleaners, dog walkers, and Airbnb guests.
Create alerts
Notifications → +New Notification. Choose the event (front door opens, panel disarms, camera person detected) and how you want to be pinged.
Build an automation scene
Scenes → +Add Scene. Combine actions — arm system, lock doors, drop thermostat, turn off lights — into one tap or a schedule.
Troubleshoot app issues
Sign out and back in to refresh the token. If a device shows offline, jump to the Device Troubleshooting guide. Still stuck? Contact support.
