Everything about payments, invoicing, and changing your monitoring subscription.
Payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and most local debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported in the app checkout.
Financing options
Multi-month financing is offered in select regions at checkout when eligible. You'll see the total and monthly cost up front.
Monthly monitoring billing
Charged on the anniversary of your activation date each month. You'll receive an email receipt for every charge.
Failed payment recovery
We'll retry the card automatically over 5 days and email you before service is paused. Update your card from Billing → Payment method to resolve immediately.
Refunds
Equipment refunds follow our 30-day return window. Monitoring is refunded on a prorated basis for the unused days in the current billing cycle.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel from Billing → Subscription → Cancel. Your monitoring stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Update card details
Billing → Payment method → Update card. The new card will be used for the next charge automatically.
