Wall-mount or tabletop the panel, connect it to Wi-Fi and cellular backup, and finish the initial pairing screen.

Step-by-step

1. 1Choose a central wall near an outlet, away from windows and metal ducts.
2. 2Mount the backplate using the included anchors and level.
3. 3Connect the power adapter, then click the panel onto the backplate.
4. 4Follow the on-screen prompts: pick language, join Wi-Fi, and confirm cellular signal.
5. 5Sign in with the Altium360 activation code from your welcome email.
6. 6Complete the guided device pairing tour when prompted.

Common mistakes

• • Mounting near HVAC vents — heat swings can cause false low-temp alerts.
• • Skipping the cellular signal check — cellular is your backup path if Wi-Fi drops.
• • Using an extension cord instead of a wall outlet.

Troubleshooting

• • Blank screen: hold power for 20 seconds to force a reboot.
• • Wi-Fi won't save: confirm 2.4 GHz SSID (not 5 GHz only) and the correct password.
• • No cellular bars: relocate the panel one wall closer to an exterior window.
